Who is an Armorbearer?

In the Old Testament an Armorbearer was one who came alongside to lift up another.  He was able to bear up, to help up, and to hold up; just to mention a few of his responsobilities.  The Lord has given the name Armorbearer to describe individuals that will come alongside Sound Words Ministries.

We need faithful individuals who will:

	come alongside as fellow workers
	commit to support us by way of prayers and financial giving
	assist us in disseminating information about radio broadcasts, conferences and training seminars
	share the same burden for others and with whom we can share our heartfelt needs with
	through their support, assist us to equip others throughout the world with the Word of God for daily living

Sound Words Armorbearer Team

The "SWATeam" is our advanced team, as Jonathan's was for him, the SWATeam will be our closest associates.  The SWATeam will consist of individuals with whom we can extend ourselves.  We will share what the Lord is doing with us as a family and as a ministry.  We will share the new expansions of the ministry as the Lord reveals it to us.  We will be available to them to minister to their needs as much as possible.  The SWATeam will be committed partners in the Sound Words family.

How Do I Become an Armorbearer?

Spend time talking and most of all listening to God.  Hear Him.  Listen to what God tells you to do to assist this ministry.  This is not a commitment you are to make lightly, it is not for everyone.  We will take your positive response as a commitment to stand with us for the coming year.  We understand that the Lord leads us in different ways at different times, so we ask that you renew your commitment annually.  If at any point during the year you feel the Lord leading you differently, just drop us a note, and we will remove your name from the SWATeam.  You may give periodically throughout the year, or you may commit to give a weekly or monthly gift.
