Meat in
the past was approximately 3% fat. Today beef is 20-30% fat and pork is
40-60% fat. Toxins, preservatives, hormones, and antibiotics have also been
added.
In 1950 hormones were added
to meat. In the past 40 years puberty dropped from age 16-17 to age 10-11.
Meat is the primary cause
of osteoporosis. Flesh foods create an acidic environment. Acidity
causes the body to remove Calcium from the bone in effects to neutralize the acidity.
Causes gout (denatured protein
from heating breaks down into uric Acid), arthritis, and other physical problems.
Chicken has the same amount
of cholesterol as beef; it is loaded with hormones, 60% contaminated with salmonella.
Fish has two times as much
