5 Whites to Eliminate


Meat - White Fat clogs arteries, causes heart attacks, strokes, colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and other forms of cancer. It is the primary cause of onset diabetes.
 
Facts:

Meat in the past was approximately 3% fat.  Today beef is 20-30% fat and pork is 40-60% fat.  Toxins, preservatives, hormones, and antibiotics have also been added.

In 1950 hormones were added to meat.  In the past 40 years puberty dropped from age 16-17 to age 10-11.

Meat is the primary cause of osteoporosis.  Flesh foods create an acidic environment.  Acidity causes the body to remove Calcium from the bone in effects to neutralize the acidity.

Causes gout (denatured protein from heating breaks down into uric Acid), arthritis, and other physical problems.

Chicken has the same amount of cholesterol as beef; it is loaded with hormones, 60% contaminated with salmonella.

Fish has two times as much cholesterol as beef or pork contaminated from polluted water.

The only source of bad cholesterol (LDL) is from animal products.

Dairy We are told we need Calcium for strong bones.  Milk does the body good If this is correct, where does the cow, horse, or elephant get their Calcium after they are weened from their mother?
Facts:

Pasturization (heated above 160) changes calcium into an inorganic form, this form is unrecognizable to the body.

Dairy products have been known to cause allergies, oseteoperosis, (caused by too much protein in the diet), mucus in the colon lining , sinus problems.

Salt

The body needs sodium (Na) but in order for the body to utilize Na it must be in an organic form

Facts:

Table salt (NaCl) is in an inorganic form; this is toxic to the body.  Swelling or retaining fluid is the bodies way of protecting itself from this toxin.  It is trying to keep this poison out of the cells.

Sugar
(Refined)
Facts:

Shuts down the immune system. It has been denatured and concentrated.  It has been changed so much from its original form that it is actually a drug.  Sugar is addictive 10 teaspoons found in soda.  This will shut down the immune system by 33% ~30 teaspoons will immobilze the immune system for a whole day.  2 sodas and a candy bar will shut down the immune system for the day.  Sugar also leaches vitamins and minerals from the body, this causes vitamin deficiency.  The average American consumes 1 pound of sugar every 2 days.

Sugar Substitutes Aspartame causes sudden memory loss, dizzyness, and gradual loss of vision.  It is so dangerous that pilots can't fly if they have a stick of gum that contains aspartame.

White Flour
Facts:

The good nutritional parts are removed (bran and germ).  Vitamins are removed during processing.  The flour is bleached with a bleaching agent similar to clorox.  Coal tar derived vitamins (carcinogenic) are added and then labeled as Enriched.  Flour clogs up intestines and creates excess mucus in sinus passages.
